No, we provide free estimates for all of our lawn care services. We offer two ways to get estimates done. Sometimes you can't beat an old fashion handshake and walk around inspection of your property to get a real look at what you need for your lawn. We also know these days everyone is busy with life, so we also provide a software to give us an aerial view of your property which is also very actuate for measurement of your lawn. The online estimate can typically be done the same day.

We are a small local business, and we know our customers mostly by name. We inspect your lawn each visit and if we see any major issues that need attention, we'll let you know. In most cases if it's something small, we just take care of it for you. If you need us between applications, just text or call us.

The standard waiting period after lawn treatment is typically between 2 to 4 hours. However, the specific waiting time can vary based on the type of treatment and weather conditions.
After each visit, your Lawn Specialist will mark the time we visited your property on the invoice and how long to keep your pets off the lawn. A good rule of thumb is until the application is completely dry. We love our furry friends as much as you do! Please know that will contact you the day before to let you know when we plan to come, usually the day before.
Broadleaf Weeds/ Crabgrass, tend to fill in anywhere you have thin spots in your lawn. They continue to come back every few weeks until new grass has been established. This is why Aeration and seeding is so important in the Fall. Our goal is to rid your weeds and thicken your lawn over time. The thicker your lawn is, the less weeds you will have!
You can seed in the Spring but most likely, any new grass that comes up will not survive through the summer months because the root system on the new grass is not well established.
It's always best to seed in the fall because the cooler temps will help your new grass establish a deeper root system throughout the Winter with proper fertilization.
We recommend around 3-4 inches for Fescue in the Spring. Once we get to the summer months, you should raise your mower to 4 inches. Mowing your lawn taller during the summer months will protect your root system from the heat and provide a better color for your lawn. This is true for Fescue or Bermuda lawns.
1. If you are on the All-Inclusive Program, your payment comes out on the 15th of each month on auto draft for your convivence.
2. If you choose to pay as you go using your credit card, we keep your card on file and charge your card the day of service and leave the receipt on your door.
3. If you choose to pay as you go with a check, we leave an invoice on your door with a return envelope, so you can mail in your payment.
4. If you would like to pre-pay for the year with a check, you will get 5% discount on the combined services.
